Day 1 (travelling day)
after almost 5 hours from Rawang - Seremban - Johor, finally.. check in at Grand Bluewave Hotel
had a dinner with our CNO (which is at mamak only), we are sending her back to hotel. and we, with our great driver, brother Jeff, having " site visit ". hahaha
Day 2
our first day of conference. hope i am not going to sleep. haha
after had a delicious breakfast, we are going to PERSADA.

i hate this! last minute "grand dinner". i did not prepare any ladies oufit, so this is me. haha.. everyone was looking at us (actually at me, because i'm the only one who are not in a proper attire). but the best thing is, amoi and ain always backup me. wink..wink..

Day 3
Presentation day, but not by us. hihi.. all the doctors presenting the case and issues that we had discuss yesterday. few topics was quite interesting. unfotunately, i was fall out on the second session
( bad flu and headache.. sob..sob..)

Hye! hari ni kami ada kelas.
Topik: penyusuan susu ibu
Pepagi buta dah exam. Ni sambung kelas lagi. Tapi, mengantuk lahai.. whuu
Makanya, art kat atas ni terhasil la ^_^
Cerah mata bila dok merepek. Setan tak kacau pulak. huhu..
Just sharing some info..
=) semua ibu digalakkan menyusui anaknya dengan susu ibu sahaja dari lahir sehingga berumur 6 bulan dan meneruskannya sehingga mencapai umur 2 tahun.
"_" makanan pelengkap perlu diberikan mulai umur 6 bulan
"__" ini bermakna dari lahir hingga 6 bulan, bayi :
~ diberi susu ibu sahaja
~ tidak perlu air atau susu tambahan
~ tidak perlu makanan pelengkap
Okay done. Kelas sampai 7pm. Babai :)
Day 2

Hari ni complete kelas and exam. Dapat pengalaman baru tau. Bagi education and ajar ibu2 pasal antenatal and post-natal. Ramai rupanya yang takda knowledge even anak dah ramai. Happy dan puas dapat bantu dorang even small things je. Ibu-ibu pun nampak lega dan lebih jelas tentang topik ni.
